Rifleman’s Hammerhead Tomahawk
This traditional rifleman’s tomahawk is crafted for robust utility and historic appeal. The head features a highly functional hammer poll and is hand-forged from tough 1055 carbon steel, ensuring excellent impact resistance for both chopping and pounding tasks. The steel is given a clean, smooth finish across the entire head and bears the stamped “P” maker’s mark.
The head is securely mounted using a traditional gravity fit (friction fit from the top) onto a straight, sturdy mountain elm handle. The wood has been treated with a deep, dark finish that provides a beautiful, stark contrast to the bright finish of the carbon steel.
