This axe head boasts a striking, textured hammered finish that highlights its raw, handcrafted origins. Hand-forged from 1055 carbon steel, it features a sweeping front blade paired with a formidable rear spike for maximum versatility. The head is securely fitted onto a dark-stained ash wood handle, specifically chosen and designed to withstand heavy, repetitive impact. To ensure a steadfast grip and complete the authentic Nordic look, the haft is tightly bound with a premium, dual-style custom leather wrap—featuring both an intricate criss-cross pattern and a solid lower binding.
